Spokane Jazz Orchestra’s Christmas program with guest vocalist Horace Alexander Young

The Spokane Jazz Orchestra will be performing the cherished holiday music of Nat King Cole, featuring vocalist Horace Alexander Young. In addition, the SJO always features the music of artists such as Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Bill Holman, Buddy Rich, and Maynard Ferguson, as well as original compositions and arrangements by members of the ensemble.
Jazz is one of the most entertaining forms of live music, and big band jazz offers a special fullness of sound and energy. The Spokane Jazz Orchestra performances feature amazing solos and improvisation from highly accomplished musicians and talented guest artists. The music will draw you in, flow through you, put a smile on your face and keep you coming back.
The 17-piece ensemble is made up of some of the best jazz musicians in the Northwest and dedicated to sharing their love of jazz music and giving the audience a great experience at every concert.
Concert will take place in the Big Bend Community College’s Masto Conference Room in the ATEC Building at 7662 Chanute St NE, Moses Lake.

COVID19: At this time, CBAA is requiring proof of vaccination or negative test at door in order to attend events. Rapid testing will be available at the door. Additionally, masks are required throughout performances.
