New Music from Beyoncé, Scotty McCreery, Toby Keith, and More
It’s crazy to think that other music besides Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” dropped this past weekend, but it’s true.
Here’s the best new music we could find:
1. “Jolene” by Beyoncé. In all its glory . . . the much-anticipated Dolly Parton cover.
(Warning: There’s a B-word at 1:43 in the video.)
2. “Red Letter Blueprint“ by Scotty McCreery.
3. “Love Life“ by Sheryl Crow.
4. “Worst Way“ by Riley Green.
5. “Bury Me in This Bar“ by Dalton Dover.
6. “Call Me the Breeze“ by Brent Cobb. This is a J.J. Cale cover, made popular by Lynyrd Skynyrd.
7. “Big Mack Truck“ by Joshua Quimby.
8. “Texas Hold ‘Em“ by Grace Tyler. (There’s no relation to Beyoncé’s song with the same exact name. Is this just a coincidence? Or maybe they were hoping for spillover clicks?)
9. “Killin’ Time“ by Craig Campbell. This is a Clint Black cover.
10. “Hell on Earth“ by Oliver Anthony.
11. “Ships That Don’t Come in” by Toby Keith and Luke Combs. This is off of “Hixtape Volume Three”, which is a collection of Joe Diffie covers. (Warning: There’s a B-word at 2:08 in the video.)
