A company set out to determine the most popular cuisines in the world . . . and to do it, they looked at “engagement on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit” worldwide.
Then, they assessed whether the interactions were positive . . . or negative.
And you may be surprised at the results.
Korean came out on top as the #1 cuisine, followed by Italian . . . Mexican . . . Japanese . . . Indian . . . Chinese . . . Thai . . . Vietnamese . . . Filipino . . . and Turkish.
It’s unclear if these were the only 10, or if there were more choices beyond these, but either way, the “snubs” could include: Greek and Mediterranean . . . French . . . Spanish . . . Middle Eastern . . . and American. (Which is more than just burgers and unhealthy fast food. There’s also Southern dishes and BBQ.)
