“Rolling Stone’s” List of the 200 Best Singers Does Not Include Celine Dion???

“Rolling Stone” dropped a list of the 200 Greatest Singers of All Time.  And somehow, Celine Dion did NOT make the cut.  Even though some “acquired” tastes like Neil Young, Bob Dylan, and Ozzy Osbourne did.

The Internet is treating it as a huge snub.  And “Rolling Stone” hasn’t responded.  But in the intro to their list, they said, quote, “Keep in mind that this is the Greatest Singers list, not the Greatest Voices List . . . In all cases, what mattered most to us was originality, influence, the depth of an artist’s catalog, and the breadth of their musical legacy.”
