Are you one of those responsible adults who gets back to zero unread emails each day?  Or is your inbox FULL of them?

A new study found letting it stay cluttered like that might be affecting you . . . and your mental health . . . more than you realize.

It found people who let emails build up . . . or use their inbox like a “to do” list . . . are more likely to forget about stuff and let it fall to the wayside.  And that can be a problem when it’s something like a reminder to pay a bill.

They found that a cluttered inbox can leave you feeling flustered and disorganized all the time.  And it could even be costing you hundreds of dollars a year in things like unnecessary late fees.

That said, 52% of people with cluttered inboxes claim they like the way they do things and don’t need to change anything.  For the “inbox zero” crowd, it’s 71%.
