Health and Fitness Top The New Year’s Resolutions List

With the last days of 2021 upon us, many will be looking ahead at what they want to achieve in 2022. For some, a New Year’s resolution is a far overused cliché, but for others, it’s a solemn promise to be taken very seriously. This year, some 16 percent of Britons say they will make a New Year’s resolution — compared to 11 percent who say they made a resolution this time last year. The top resolutions:

1. More exercise or improving my fitness
2. Improving diet
3. Losing weight
4. Saving more money
5. Pursuing a career ambition
6. Spending less time on social media
7. Taking up a new hobby
8. Cutting down on drinking
9. Decorating or renovating part of my home
10. Spending more time with my family
