Good News: Potholes, Halloween Skeletons, and MLK Day

Here are a few more Good News stories making the rounds . . .

1.  A family near Albany, New York repurposed their giant skeleton decoration from Halloween, and used it to warn truckers about a low bridge up ahead.  (Here’s a photo.)

2.  An 80-year-old man in India passed away, or that’s what everyone thought.  On the way to his funeral, the car hit a pothole, and he suddenly came to.  He’d been on a ventilator.  But last we heard, he was breathing on his own again.

3.  A cop in Vermont named Michelle Archer recently dove into a half-frozen lake and saved an eight-year-old girl who fell through the ice.  Her chest-cam got it all on video last month.  The girl made a full recovery.  (Here’s the video.)

4.  Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!  He would have turned 95.  CNN posted a list of five ways to help other people today, in his honor.
