The Wenatchee Police Department Got A Homeless Man New Shoes

Okay, so this isn’t the BIGGEST or most UNBELIEVABLE good news story we’ve ever had, but it’s cool because it happened over in Wenatchee.

The Wenatchee Police Department has been working to get Jerry, a local homless man, set up with the resources he needs for several months. Recently one of the officers, Corporal Weatherman, noticed that Jerry was wearing his usual pair of TENNIS SHOES – even though it was getting colder and there was snow on the ground.

So Corporal Weatherman decided to give him a pair of his old PATROL boots. Now Jerry has a good pair of winter boots he can wear.
