Why Did “Traffic Cone Sax Man” Give a Kid Free Pizza?

Season 17 of “America’s Got Talent” had a guy called “Traffic Cone Saxophone Man”.

And now a video is making the rounds of him at a restaurant offering free pizza to anyone who will dance while he plays.  A kid took him up on it, and got $100.
