Is This Chinese Robot Dog Cool, or Creepy?

The pandemic has spiked in China, and they’re doing restrictions.  A video making the rounds shows a ROBOT DOG running down the street announcing that people should “wear a mask, wash hands, and check temperature.”  Is it cool or creepy?
