Footage of the Russian Fighter Jet Spraying Fuel on the U.S. Drone

If you haven’t seen it, the Air Force released footage of the Russian fighter jet intercepting the U.S. drone over the Black Sea on Tuesday.  The jet appears to dump fuel on the drone, which is why the Air Force decided to bring it down.
