A Karen Tries to Steal a Couple of Fancy Water Bottles from a Restaurant

Ever been to a restaurant that tries to impress you by serving water in a fancy glass bottle instead of a cheap pitcher?  A woman in Santa Monica tried to steal two of them from a restaurant, and then sat in her car arguing with the staff about it.
