A Base Jumper Lands on a Rooftop Parking Lot and Surprises Some Guy

This happened a few weeks ago, but it’s making the rounds now.  A base jumper took off from a 50-story building, successfully opened his chute, and landed on a rooftop parking lot . . . right next to a man who was heading to his car.

The man was pretty calm about it and even joked that he didn’t expect to see the jumper “up here.”
