Here are a few more good news stories from the outbreak . . .

1.  A nine-year-old British kid with cerebral palsy was inspired by Captain Tom Moore and wanted to walk for charity.  So he started walking back and forth in front of his house . . . walked the length of a MARATHON in 70 days . . . and raised $100,000.

2.  There’s an engineering student at Georgia Tech, and both of his parents are paramedics.  He’s been helping provide thousands of face masks to hospitals all around the country.  And his team has also built 200 “intubation boxes” that protect doctors and nurses while they put people on ventilators.

3.  Two teenagers in Maryland started shopping for their grandparents during the pandemic.  Now they’ve turned it into a nationwide volunteer effort called “Teens Helping Seniors,” with 14 chapters across the country.

4.  A school in New Mexico had to cancel its year-end trip because of the outbreak.  So they took the $2,800 it would have cost and donated supplies to the Navajo Nation, which has been hit hard by the virus.

5.  A middle school in Minneapolis was already struggling to make sure students got enough to eat during the pandemic.  Then the grocery stores were looted during the protests.  So they put out a request, hoping to get 85 meal kits donated . . . and THOUSANDS of people answered the call.  By Sunday morning, the entire front lawn of the school was covered with bags of food.
