Good News: A Girl Asks Her Grandpa to a Dance, and a Cat Shot with an Arrow Was Rescued
Here are a few more good news stories making the rounds . . .
1. A TikTok went viral recently, where a five-year-old girl from Nebraska asked her grandfather to go to a daddy-daughterValentine’s Day dance . . . because her dad “is not going to go.” Sadly, he passed away a few years ago.
Grandpa was THRILLED to accept . . . and now, the girl’s mother posted some footage of her and grandpa all dolled up for the dance.
2. Someone in Pennsylvania rescued a cat that had been shot by an arrow . . . and the arrow was still piercing it. The rescuers immediately got it to a vet, and set up a GoFundMe for its medical care. It’s already raised over $5,000.
The cat is named Cupid, and he’ll eventually be available for adoption, but he’ll need another few weeks of recovery time first. The police are looking into what happened to Cupid. (Warning: The story and GoFundMe contain graphic images that are disturbing.)
3. A couple broke the Guinness World Record for the longest underwater kiss. They kissed underwater for four minutes and six seconds. (Here’s video.)
