Covid Chaos: A Restaurant Owner Is Busted Trying to Set His Business on Fire After a Covid Lockdown

Here’s a fresh round-up of Covid insanity . . .

1.  A restaurant owner in Queens, New York has been arrested after he tried to set his own business on fire back in August after he was locked down because of Covid restrictions.

His own surveillance video caught him in the act . . . and his own sprinkler system put out the fire before it could spread.  He’s facing a minimum of five years in prison.  So all in all, this went REALLY poorly for him.

2.  A paramedic in Polk County, Florida who was named the 2020 “Paramedic of the Year” in the county was just arrested for stealing three vials of the Covid vaccine.

3.  Sign of the times:  Here’s a video of a baby who thinks literally everything is a hand sanitizer dispenser.

4.  A survey of new parents found the most stressful things about having a baby during Covid are:  Having more doctor’s appointments . . . going to the hospital during the pandemic . . . and not being able to share pregnancy news in person.

5.  A pub in Oxford, England that’s been around for more than 450 years had to shut down because of the pandemic.

6.  Here are the updated stats on CONFIRMED Covid cases as of last night . . .

New daily cases in the U.S.:  148,265, with 4,045 new deaths.

Total cases in the U.S.:  26 million . . . with more than 435,000 deaths . . . and more than 15.7 million who’ve now recovered.
